The main structure of the barbecue machine includes the following parts:
The outer shell: The outer shell of the barbecue machine is usually made of metal or plastic to protect the internal components and provide stable support.
Heating element: This is the core component of the barbecue machine. Common heating elements include electric heating tubes, quartz tubes and infrared heating tubes. The electric heating tube generates heat by passing current through the resistance wire. The quartz tube uses the characteristics of quartz glass to quickly heat up and maintain high temperature, while the infrared heating tube heats the food efficiently by emitting infrared rays.
Baking tray: The baking tray is where the food is placed. It is usually made of non-stick coating material, which is easy to clean and can effectively prevent the food from sticking. The design of the baking tray is diverse, including flat, wavy and grooved baking trays to meet different baking needs.
Rotating device: For some high-end barbecue machines, a rotating device is equipped to allow the food to rotate continuously during the baking process to ensure uniform heating. The rotating device usually consists of a motor, a transmission mechanism and a baking fork. The motor provides power and drives the baking fork to rotate through the transmission mechanism.
Control system: The control system is the "brain" of the barbecue machine, responsible for adjusting the temperature of the heating element, controlling the speed of the rotating device, and setting the baking time. The control system usually consists of a microprocessor, sensors and a control panel, through which users can set parameters such as baking mode, temperature, time, etc. Fume exhaust system and grease collection device: In order to keep the indoor air fresh and avoid grease dripping and producing fumes, some barbecue machines are equipped with a smoke exhaust system and a grease collection device.
